Delivery Policy:

• We offer both online payment and Cash on Delivery (COD) for all non-customized products.
• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours and typically delivered within 5–7 business days (depending on location).
• A tracking link will be shared once the order is dispatched.

Return & Exchange Policy:

• A return confirmation email will be sent once your return is completed. Refunds take 1–3 business days after processing.
• Size exchange is available only in case of incorrect sizing. The product must be unused and returned within 7 daysof delivery.
• For damaged products, customers must share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery for verification. After approval, a replacement will be arranged.
• Shipping charges for exchange will be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged.

• Customized products are not eligible for return/exchange, as they are made according to the customer’s provided measurements.
