Return/Refund Policy

  • Return Period: We have a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Conditions: Returns or refunds are acceptable only if the item received is damaged. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase and a video showing the damaged item. Returns for customized products are not accepted.

  • Process: To start a return, contact support at support@swadessports.com. If accepted, a return shipping label and instructions will be provided. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted

  • Questions: Contact support at the same email for any return-related inquiries.

  • Damages and Issues: Inspect the order upon receipt and contact immediately if it’s defective or the wrong item to resolve the issue.

  • Non-returnable Items: Customized or personalized items cannot be returned. Contact support for questions regarding specific items.

  • Sale Items: Returns are not accepted on sale items or gift cards.

  • Exchanges: The fastest way to get the right item is to return the original item and make a separate purchase.

  • Refunds: Once a return is received and inspected, notification will be provided if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be automatically processed on the original payment method, which may take time.
