At SwadesSports, each product is customized and made-to-order. We take utmost care to manufacture your costume exactly as per the size chart and specifications provided on our website.

Eligibility for Return & Refund

• As all products are customized, they are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once an order is placed.
• Customers are strongly advised to refer carefully to the size chart before confirming their order, as we strictly manufacture according to the size selected.

Exchange Policy (Damage / Wrong Product Received)

We understand that in rare cases, issues may arise. An exchange will be processed only under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged or defective.
• The product received is different from the one ordered.

To raise an exchange request, you must provide:

• A complete unboxing video of the sealed package (without cuts/edits).
• A clear video/photo highlighting the defect or damage in the costume.

Once our quality team verifies and approves the claim, we will initiate an exchange of the same product.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are not applicable on customized products.
• In cases where an exchange cannot be provided (for example, product is out of stock), SwadesSports may, at its sole discretion, issue a store credit of the same value.

Important Notes

• No claim will be entertained without the required videos.
• Minor variations in color, design, or embellishment will not be considered as defects, since all products are handcrafted and customized.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
