• We offer both online payment and Cash on Delivery (COD) for all non-customized products. • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours and typically delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location. • A tracking link will be provided once the order is dispatched.

Return & Exchange Policy

For COD Products

• We’ll send you a return notification email once the return has been completed. Please allow 1–3 business days for refunds to be received to the original payment method after processing. • Size exchange is available only in case of incorrect sizing. The product must be unused and returned within 7 days of delivery. • For damaged products, customers must share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery for verification. Once approved, a replacement will be arranged. • The customer will bear the shipping charges for exchanges unless the product is damaged.

6. Do you prepare in bulk? Yes, bulk/team/academy orders are accepted.
7. Can I return or exchange my order? Returns/exchanges are available only for size issues or damage (non-custom items only).
