We offer both online payment and Cash on Delivery (COD) for all non-customized products.

Return & Exchange Policy

For COD Product

We’ll send you a return notification email once the return has been completed. Please allow 1–3 business days for refunds to reflect in the original payment method once processed.
Size exchange is available only in case of incorrect sizing. The product must be unused and returned within 7 days of delivery.
For damaged products, customers must share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery for verification. Once approved, a replacement will be arranged.
The customer will bear the shipping charges for exchanges unless the product is damaged.
