Delivery Policy

We offer both online payment and Cash on Delivery (COD) for all non-customized products.
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours and are typically delivered within 5–7 business days depending on your location.

Return & Exchange Policy

For COD Products

You will receive a return confirmation email once the return is completed. Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days to the original payment method.
Size exchange is allowed only in case of incorrect sizing. The product must be unused and returned within 7 days of delivery.
For damaged products, customers must share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery for verification. After approval, a replacement will be arranged.
Shipping charges for exchange will be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged.
